erm, no.
this would require you to memorize a lot of champions by number, but the bigger problem is you're picking a champion without knowing what the enemy team or even your own team is picking, meaning you can literally screw yourself over big time due to lack of presentable information. what this is, quite literally, is blind picking insta-locking, you're not even picking a role.
oh yeah, forgot to mention this but... why would you be queuing but not be at your computer?
if you have to go do something else that's gonna take some time, just cancel and queue again when you get back to your computer. Don't try to rush just to play a game of league. It's a game, it's not your job or your family or your house. If you have to go do something then don't queue and go do it, league can wait.
