The art is not mine, but this is the closest I could get. I want it to look somewhat egyption and somewhat cosmic.

Short lore:

Once, long ago, long before the great dragon bore the stars into existence, two brothers played. Born from the will of the universe, they flew about in the emptiness of the cosmos, always cheerful, always happy. From the ends of the universe the two watched as the first star was born and came to be, it's light warm and welcoming. The brothers watched as their empty playground became home for many new creations and as the void slowly began to fade. They observed as life began to take shape and they were filled with joy at the sight. Never before had their home been so lively.

The brothers longed to join those across the vast reaches of space, and so they set out. As the two approached the first star they saw, a crack appeared on the younger brother, the star had began to envelope him. Being born of empty matter, the younger brother was negated by the interaction with the positive energy. He did not have the power to fight off the overflow of existence. As he faded, his brother watched in horror, and soon the younger brother was gone. As his younger brother disappeared, the elder of the two suddenly felt something he had never experienced. A rage he had never known started to build inside of the always peaceful being.

One brother could not be without the other. As he lost control of his consciousness, dark matter began to flow out of him and engulfed him. A new being was formed. Ragnarok! He who would heard the end. To return his brother into being, he had to remove the existance that had swallowed him. He soon began to overturn the fabric of reality.

After what seemed like an eon, the brothers fight against existence was never ending. He knew in order to complete the task he had to kill the one who formed it. It was time that the great dragon be slain. He soon learned that Aurelion Sol was on a far off planet. Ragnarok had come to runeterra and set search for the beast. As he started to make his move, Ragnarok was approached by the league. They promised to give him the return of his brother should he compete for them. Knowing even with the dragon dead, he would have to destroy the remainder of the physical world, he agreed to compete.

"Nothing matters, when existence is empty." - Ragnarok

**He is a flying champions **

I want a champion who can fly, but move like a grounded champion. Currently all flying champions are so lackluster in their movement that its really ugly; Syndra, malzahar etc. I want one who can fly around but not look so bad.

I need help with the kit, i made it quickly so couldn't think of a proper one.

Kit:

He uses no mana, psychic/negative/dark energy isn't magic

base move;

punches from his hands normal ad hits.

Passive:

Dark matter;

Anyone who hits Ragnarok is burnt by dark matter. It lasts 3 seconds and shows the location of the opponent (the burn does not stack nor does it restart the cycle if he is hit more than once.)

Q:

force

Shoots out a ball/wave of psychic energy which hits champion. A skillshot, which if hit can push or pull an enemy champion/ minion/ or allied champion in any direction for a few seconds. Does not damage the allied champion.

W:

energy gauntlets

uses his powers to form gauntlets which boost his basic hits, giving speed and power boosts. He is healed for 5,10,15% of the opponent's hp should he kill anyone with the gauntlets as he takes the matter they were created from and absorbs it into the the dark matter,

E:

Mental block

Shields himself from all damage for a few seconds. Sort of puts a shield in front of him, but it's on him only and not on the ground. anyone behind him won't be hit, but if the enemy is behind him he can still take damage.

R:

Antimatter

As he kills his opponents, they slowly are affected by antimatter. When he fights them after having killed them they lose attack speed, healing ability, and ad/ap damage against him. Stacking 3% 5% 10% 15%. If the opponent kills him, the stack is reset on him, and lowered by one stack tier for his allies. +1 ap +1 ad for every kill he gets,

To be honest, I don't think this champion would be fun. The lore's the best way I've seen someone implement the wish of apocalypse, but the kit doesn't reflect it and doesn't seem all that great. The passive is anti-fun. Damaging him deals damage to yourself over time and reveals your from brush. I don't see why you'd make it work with not refreshing itself. It would just mean it would need to do more damage over its duration to be worth the same and that wouldn't be fun. The Q is okay. Had the champion had more to do with the position of the enemy champion I could actually see this being super useful. The W is weird. You need to describe it better as I don't understand if it's a toggle or more like Xin Zhao's Q. Ontop of that, the heal scales weird (spells have 5 ranks and making a basic spell scale mainly by level doesn't work well) and is potentially too strong. The E is too strong. The fact that it's only from a certain direction doesn't matter, the spell blocks all damage for too long. Just look at Fiora and how OP her Riposte is, having a duration of only 0.75 seconds. Ontop of it being too strong, it doesn't fit with the theme. The rest of the kit follows the antimatter theme fully (Despite his passive being named after Dark Matter, an entirely different thing), but this just goes for the archmage aproach, which I don't think fits the character. His R sucks. It doesn't give you a power-spike at any point, the scaling doesn't seem to be there and it's only good if you're ahead. You almost always want an active ultimate and if it's a passive, then it needs to be something you can actually feel working as soon as you turn level 6. I have no idea what you'd want as an ultimate instead of this, but this ultimate seems more like a passive (Innate) ability. It even has the same powerlevel and even then, it's another anti-fun passive. Think about what you want to do with this champion that isn't just "Get ahead" and then make his ulti help that dream.
