Here's another picture that's similar to the one the OP showed. It doesn't have the funny Mundo but it thankfully doesn't have Zac.
And I agreed, Riven needs a second fanservice skin if we're not even getting a chance at Pool Party this year...

Cool, but, what kind of secretary uses a boxcutter? A pen, letter opener, envelope, keyboard, business card and tons of other things would fit the theme better, in my opinion at least.
Riven with Scissor Blade and Senketsu anybody?
I would have went instead of that for a paper blade.
The only thing I worry, is that most people re-sharpen that sort of box-cutters by "breaking" their blades.

No need for any more, she's already unhappy about it (seriously though, she looks really unhappy in the Battle Bunny splash).
Personally, I would love to see this become a buyable skin, Just seems fun hacking people to pieces with a box cutting Razor
