Grimore, the half blood rolls into battle V1

OVERVIEW Grimore is a multi purpose champion that increases based on which ability is picked. He rides into battle on a tank which no matter which category u decide to pick q,w or e is the slowest. As the game progresses his w becomes slowly faster until he is on par with most characters movement speed. All the forms are built like that in some way. Mainly based on which category u pick the other abilities will stay quite weak with only one extremely helpful ability besides his ult, or at least if I (the magical person who wrote this for like 4 hours when he shoulda been doing something productive, like playing LOL.) His ult was inspired by the blood letter from Warhammer 40K series who will continually lose health put of combat, forcing a player to use the ult's ult sparingly, always having to stay fighting, meaning that the main aim of enemies is to keep your distance. The ult itself will not use mana like the main guy uses and just use cool-downs, he appears as a giant, almost black deer that is made of the universe (his skin looks like the night sky) his eyes burning like a sun and he is the largest champion size.
Wheb he first spawns Grimore has no tank, depending on which ability u pick a different tank will spawn. Enabling extra customise. Press Q,W or E each one boosting that specific ability with a buff and changing the stat changes per level. Once picked u cant repick.

Based on which form a diffrent looking tank will spawn. Mage tank is covered in tesla coils and relies on the dark lighting bouncing between them. Marksman tank relies on a larger double cannon and increasing speed of the tank. Tank tank relies on the heavy plates around the vehicle and regen abilities to hold of enemies for periods of time.

Active: Grimore charges up a black lighting shot which travels quickly and on impact spreads to 3 near enemies dealing all damage over 3 seconds, after 0.5 seconds any nearby enemy within 300 range the lightning spreads too, each path can spread to a max of 1/1/2/2/3 enemies. Can not hit an enemy that has been hit by the lightning over last 3 seconds
If mage form picked: Each time a lightning hits a person there is a 25% chance that the path will be reset allowing it to spread over enemies again (only after an improved 1.5 sec cool down), has 5% chance to stun them for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3, as well 15% (+0.5 per level) chance of enemies will be slowed by 5/10/15/20/25% for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds
W: Armed Pursuit:

mana cost:60/65/70/75/80
Range: dash 400, range of shot of 800
Cool-down: 15/14/13/12/11
Damage: dash 80/135/150/190/245 (+100% of AD). Shot normal attack +150% of AD
Grimore dashes in a direction, traveling a short distance (speed over total distance takes 1 second) and dealing damage to the first enemy hit (minions included). After 0.5 second delay gains a shot that deals extra damage and hits one enemy. Shots in a line.
If marksman form picked: Dash will travel through minions dealing damage and will stop only on contact with a champion, also add 75 range to dash, adding 0.2 seconds to speed. In addition to shot makes it a 1/1/2/2/3 shot that boosts each shot and fires at once. Basically doing lots of damage in a line. Increase shot range to 1500.

Cool-down: 30/28/26/24/22
Passive: Add 0/2.5/5/7.5/10% of AP as magic resist. Also when out of combat for 30/28/26/24/22 seconds gain a regenerating shield at the same rate as health regen (+ additional 2% per level) to a max of 0/25/50/75/100% of AD into shield.
Active: Grimore armors his tank gaining a shield for 10/15/20/25/35% of missing health over 10/9/8/7/6 seconds and gaining a temporary armour boost of 0/2.5/5/7.5/10 for 10 seconds
If tank form picked: Passive: is edited by changing shield regen to 3.5% per level additional shield effect.
Active: Changes shield gained too 30/35/40/45/50% and magic resist boost changed too 10/15/20/25/30 for 10/11/12/13/14 seaconds
Also adds an stack over this time which called "Burning vengeance" which increases by 1 for every attack done to him by enemy champions during this time. After the the ability ends each stack is equal to 1% (+0.25) bonus armour which will last till death or activation of ult

After 5 seconds cast time Grimore release the rage of the devourer orb. Turning himself into the giant deer beast.
PASSIVE: If Deer Beast is not doing champion damage for more than 10/9/8 seconds he starts rapidly loosing health (every seconds in ult form reduces the time required for self harm to start inflicting by 0.025 per seconds, can only reduce to a max of 3/2/1 seconds) at a rate of 100/120/140 true damage every 0.5 seconds. All friendly health boosts are reduced by 3/4 and lose all health regen.
Receives massive boosts, he switches too melee attacking and movement speed is set too 330 (no matter what form, id affected by items.) His basic attacks do an additional 20/40/60% of both AD and AT together. Health is set to 3000 and boosted by 100% of armour (+1.35 per level). Armour and magic resist is increased by 10% (+2% per level). Attack speed is reduced to 0.5. Mana bar is removed.

Deer Beast throws a ball of pure magic energy at a location. When it lands it does 50% damage over a range of 500 (diameter), after 3/2/1 it does 100% of damage in a smaller range of 300 (diameter).
If Mage Form picked: This abilities charge time is reduced too 15/10/5 and charges up too 1/2/3 packets. Also slows enemies by 5% (+0.5% per level). As a balancing restraint its original bombardment range is reduced too 400.

Damage: dash 100/150/200 (+100% of AT, smash 200/250/300 (+200 of AT)
Deer beast dashes forward in a speed of 0.5 seconds, doing physical damage with first collision with enemy unit, then instantly goes into a jump, after a second in air it smashes down doing AOF damage. If jump is not activated cool down reduced by 5 seconds
If Marksman form picked: Dash will only stop if it hits champion OR if it is activated again during dash to activate jump early. On smash will stun all enemies in range for 1/1.5/2 seconds, if smash is successfully hits an enemy champ then DASH ONLY will instantly reload allowing to smash into enemy champions dealing slow damage for 2% (+ 0.5 per level). Will not receive cool down reduction for not using extra dash
E: Feed Me AOE mana cost:NA Range: 3000 Cool-down: 60/55/50 Damage: 10/20/30/40/50 (+10% of AP+AT) true damage
In a large radius every enemy minions and champion receives magic damage every second. Lasts for 10 seconds and can not move during it. Cant be cancelled. For 10% (+2% per level) of damage given is given to Deer Beast as shield.
If Tank Form is chosen: Instead of gaining shield gains health and additional 10% (+1% per level) armour during casting. Can be canceled. Also has 0.5 (+0.5 per level) chance of turning an enemy minion or neutral minion (baron and other rift warden excluded (dragon isn't) if killed by this ability into an ally. Will respawn at Deer Beast and follow him around for 30 seconds, receiving any magic damage, buffs or debuffs will affect them as well.

1 charge is supplied every ult. 1 charge is allowed at a time. When the ult is activated he teleports anywhere on the map (after 5 seconds of casting). The damage is dealt as 50% magic damage and 50% Physical. On impact he causes an small impact crater dealing 100% of damage in a radius of 300, 75% in a radius of 500, 50% in a radius of 700, 40% in a radius of 600, 30% in a radius of 900, 20% in a radius of 800, 10% in a radius of 1000
If mage mode was picked: Slows all enemies hit for 10 seconds for 10% (+2% for every level) movement speed
If Marksmanship mode was picked Gains a dash after impact, as well as a single double damage increased melee attack
If tank mode was picked: Feed me is activated but only for 5 seconds. No cooldown reduction. Enemies stuck in feed me also have armour reduced by 2% (+0.5) per second inside field
Lore: Over 10,000 years ago there was a night unlike any other, the creatures crawled, the stars shined brightly and the wind breezed through the trees. In among a world full of creatures of great size and trees as high as the sky, in one peaceful valley a creature of unimaginable power was about to be created.
From the centre of a dying star a single stone no larger than a marble, stronger than any element and more powerful than any energy source, was thrown into orbit of the planet. As the stone fell the animals ran, the stars faded and the breeze halted.
The marble sized stone fell towards the valley, a tiny ball of fire traveling as fast as a bullet through the sky. Then with as much speed as it appeared it vanished from view and into the valley. It stopped, from great speeds to a halt and an inch before the ground it hovered, as if waiting.
For 6 days 6 hours and 6 minutes nothing came near it until a single lone deer found it curious. It creeped along to the perplexing stone, as blacker than any night. The night sky seemed to darken as the deer approached, as if holding its breath in anticipation.
To anyone eyes the orb looked like a tiny, well orb. But the deer saw a flower, as pretty as the stars, it must have the flower, it needed the flower more than anything.
The deer was so close now, it never needed anything this bad before and it leaned in to lay it teeth into such a pretty flower, opening wide, wide enough for the orb to shoot in and down its throat.
The deer was shocked but over all felt nothing for almost an hour, just continued to eat from this abandoned valley.
Then pain, more pain than any creature had ever felt, it felt every bone in its body snap, felt its skin tear in its inability to catch up with its growing form, felt its muscles and organs rearrange.
In the after glow of so much pain the creature which was once a deer stood, it old legs as thick as trunks of the oldest oaks, its arms more powerful than any creature could ever be and the power it felt was more than any other creature had or ever will feel.
The creature, the influence of so many nightmares stood, towering above the valley and laughed, black lighting spreading along its behemoth arms as it stood and looked at this pitiful planet, one which caused this deer nothing more than pain. And with no more than a clap of its hands, every tree was torn from its roots, every mountain was leveled and lakes turned to mist. There now lay a waste land and he was king of all its glory.
Less than 5 years ago, in the wastelands of the eastern kingdoms lay an orphaned Yordle of sorts. Abandoned at a young age due to his size and mixed race, he grew up, abused, frustrated, broken. Even now, almost an adult, people still believe him a child. The ones who don't, believe him an abomination. Now unloved, hated, broken he worked with conditions only slightly better than a slave he worked, mining for a better future, anything for a place he belongs.
For the last 100 days he had mined with almost nothing to show for it but today was not yesterday, or any day that has ever happened. Leaning against a tunnel, alone, no people to talk too, no one dare come down these cursed tunnels, with an almighty swing he smashed through the wall, the ground collapsing around him into a cavern, sending him tumbling.
After a while just lying, his body on fire he stood, lighting a torch as he did so. He was in cavern, it stretched many times higher than him, many times wider and was strangely symmetrical in shape. It was but a few moments when he realized that this gigantic cavern even by his standards was a skull. His first instinct was to run, he could pay his way into a better life.
But something drew him in closer a sound, singing, his mothers voice he was sure of. So with an almost a child like he ran deeper. The cavern becoming smaller as he traversed the throat of this mighty beast. Until eventually he found the source of the music.
Where the beasts heart should have been was nothing more than a pile of dust. But floating above the ground. At the perfect height for him to reach out and grab was the nosy peculiar thing he had ever seen.
In front of him was a sign, a literal sign, one you would find on any door, saying new life. The young Yordle thought this a joke but as he drew closer, his need to read the small text below the sign grew.
He was so close that he could read the words "don't panic." The sign seemed to melt for a second, seemingly losing its physical form, Before turning as black as night and becoming a ball the size of his tiny fist. It moved faster than he could register and ripped into his mouth, choking him in its haste.
He gagged and coughed but could not stop whatever had pushed itself into his throat. He felt as if it had pierced his heart. He fell down knocking his head, the world becoming black and there he lay dreaming.
The orb had never encountered something so smart, he was perplexed by the emotions, hate, frustration, rage, yet among all these emotions, he felt the hope he still had for his parents returning, the feeling in his stomach he felt when he saw a girl so beautiful his draw dropped, the feeling of happiness and glory however brief it may have been. But above all else he saw what he wanted more than anything else, a place to belong, this orb understood him better than any other creature ever could and all it wanted for him was to have that bright future he desired.
At first the creature thought about changing his physique, making him taller, stronger, making him completely Yordle or into the strange creature which was his father. But he did not want that, as much as he hatted his body, it was his and it was one of the few things he owned. His mind, could do with some improvements but if he did anything too drastic it might break his fragile body. Finally after almost an hour of its new hosts body being unconscious it occurred to him, he would be his friend, he would lead him, he would be his voice in his head, he would take him too his future. He could not give him the power to destroy mountains, he must earn it, there is no other way he will gain the confidence to be what he desired.
Eventually with a crackle of black lighting and some weird voice in his head the Yordle awoke. His mind full of ideas, his body stronger than ever, full to the brim with hope for the future and a sense of protection, he set his eyes on something he never even considered due to obvious reasons.
A show of power, a place to belong the young Yordle entered the League of Legends with unexpected strength since Jax. He drove onto the field with his homemade ever changing tank, that grows stronger in different aspects with each game. But he only becomes a true terror when he releases the magic power within him.

Im not actually really sure what categories this guy comes under, neither do i have any drawings so this is mainly me asking u people for help with balancing, ideas and most importantly any thing i can do to make sure that this would be the coolest champ ever. Also if u don't notice all the abilities are named after movie quoted etc so please give me new names...please. If anyone has any drawing skills and want to chuck me an idea on how the heck this guys gonna look please do cause i got no idea how to start drawing.
