(Champion Concept) Madhatter, the Demon Swordsman

What is Hatter known for? Elegance. Mercy. Versatility. Skill.

Hatter

He is half Demon. Half human. Can sense his surroundings and is an excellent swordsman with a hat that when thrown transforms into a flying multi-bladed object.

Passive Ideas-

Demon's Recovery: Upon recovering from an enemy stun, slow, or snare, Hatter instantly recovers 10% of his maximum health and has additional movement and attack speed for 2 seconds. Cooldown 30 sec.

Honorable Fighter: Hatter prefers fair fights. He deals X% more damage to enemies who have just recovered from a stun, slow, or bind for 2 seconds.

Hatter has two abilities per button, like Lee Sin.

Q- First Press- More than a Top Hat: Hatter hurls his hat in a target direction, damaging everything it touches. Second Press- Elegant Retrieval: Hatter calls his hat back, damaging everything it touches. Upon arrival, Hatter gains movement speed for 2 seconds.

W: First Press- Block- Hatter braces for the next attack (2 secs until cooldown activates) and blocks 15/25/30% of the total damage (before armor and Mr) Second Press- CounterAttack- Hatter uses his opponents mistake against them (Can only be cast for 3 seconds after a successful Block) and jabs his swords into his enemy for X/X/X (+X scales with AD)

E- First Press- Demon's Fury: Hatter utilizes his inner Demon to gain bonus movement and attack speed for 3/4/5 seconds. Man's Fortitude: Hatter still retains the passion of a man. For up to 2 seconds after Demon's Fury has subsided, this ability can be cast to grant Hatter a shield.

R- Wrath of Echoes Past: Hatter channels his Ancient bloodline and twirls across the battlefield with enhanced movement speed, damaging anything within a radius around him.

Champion Synopsis:

When creating Hatter, I wanted a badass, mobile swordsman who duels very well. I actually created this character years ago for short stories I write and thought it would be an awesome Champion concept. Hatter lives on a desolate planet full of horrible creatures and Demons. He hunts Demons for a group called the Order and does other things to ensure survival for his people. He faces hundreds of Demons at a time and survives. His battle skills are the best on the planet and he is considered a living legend, thanks to the awesome power he has from his Demon lineage. To be able to face such monsters, Hatter is very agile and quick thinking, hence his passive, all the movement/attack speed abilities, and his W abilities. His Q comes from the fact that he actually can do that in my stories. His ultimate is an elegant spin of death. It is basically just how I imagined he would be among hundreds of Demons and other things.
