Hatter
He is half Demon. Half human. Can sense his surroundings and is an excellent swordsman with a hat that when thrown transforms into a flying multi-bladed object.

Passive-
Demon's Recovery: Upon recovering from an enemy stun, slow, or snare, Hatter instantly recovers 5% of his maximum health and has additional movement and attack speed for 2 seconds. Cooldown 30 sec.
NEW IDEA: Elegant Lethality: Madhatter’s basic attacks are a 5 hit combo. If Madhatter doesn’t basic attack after 2 seconds, the combo resets. Madhatters combo does not reset if he switches targets. Upon the 5th basic attack, Madhatter jumps and spins in the air, slamming his swords into his target, dealing extra damage equal to 5% of their maximum health.
Hatter has two abilities per button, like Lee Sin.
Q- First Press- More than a Top Hat: Hatter hurls his hat in a target direction, damaging everything it touches. Second Press- Elegant Retrieval: Hatter calls his hat back, damaging everything it touches. Upon arrival, Hatter gains movement speed for 2 seconds.
W: First Press- Block- Hatter braces for the next attack (1 sec until cooldown activates) and blocks 50/55/60% of the total damage (before armor and Mr) Second Press- CounterAttack- Hatter uses his opponents mistake against them (Can only be cast for 1 second after a successful Block) and jabs his swords into his enemy for X/X/X (+X scales with AD)
E- First Press- Demon's Fury: Hatter utilizes his inner Demon to gain bonus movement and attack speed for 3/4/5 seconds. Man's Fortitude: Hatter still retains the passion of a man. For up to 2 seconds after Demon's Fury has subsided, this ability can be cast to grant Hatter a shield.
R- Demonic Execution Passive: Madhatter loses his humanity with each Demonic Execution. When MH kills an enemy with Demonic Execution, he gains Demonic Presence, making his attack methods more ruthless*. After each Execution, MH has 5/4/3 minutes to secure a kill with Demonic Execution before he takes damage equal to 25/50/75% of his current health and loses all stacks. Active: First cast- Madhatter marks an enemy for death and doesn't allow any champion but himself to give the fatal blow. Lasts 10 seconds. If MH kills the Marked enemy, half the cooldown is refunded. Second cast- Madhatter launches himself at the Marked enemy, dealing X/X/X damage.
** For each stack of Demonic Presence, Madhatter can choose to temporarily infuse one of his abilities with Demonic Essence. If the stacks are lost, the abilities return to normal.
Infused Q: The hat now slows and applies a slight bleed effect to anything it touches.
Infused W: Madhatter now heals for the amount of damage blocked. Counterattack duration increased to 3 seconds.
Infused E: Fury gets rid of all slows on Madhatter. Fortitudes shield now explodes in a radius around Madhatter if depleted.
