Can the new client be more vocal when it's your turn to pick/ban??

I frequently am changing tabs or am distracted within the client doing masteries but this new client isn't loud enough or anything when it's my turn and I've gotten so many Leaverbuster delays. The notification should pop over everything you're doing. I can't be the only one having this problem
