Q - Fuel Splash Cooldown 11/10/9/8/7 (15 -45 rocket fuel)+3 per lvl Targon spills his rocket fuel in the targeted area, which slows enemies and gives a stack of BOOM per 2 seconds. It also gives enemies devastating wounds. The more rocket fuel used the longer the duration of fuel splash. It starts at 3 seconds and adds .5 seconds per 5 rocket fuel.Targets can only have 3 stacks of boom at a time. Range 550

W - Electric charge (30 rocket fuel) Targon shoots an electric pulse by charging his generator with rocket fuel for .25 seconds.During those .25 seconds, he is immobile.This does 35/60/95/120/155 + 35% ap. If target has stacks of boom, target explodes dealing 65 for the first stack+ 50 dmg per extra stack.Range 550

E - Toy Rockets Targon fuels 3 toy rockets dealing 35 dmg + 30% ap per rocket.It prioritizes champions. It has 550 range

R - Blast off! Targon Places himself or an enemy in a rocket. If he places himself in the rocket, it lifts off in 3 seconds. If he lands on enemies, it deals 100/225/350 damage + 10% ap to enemies. If his rocket is destroyed, by taking 650/800/1000 damage, then it explodes dealing 100/225/350 damage + 10% ap to targon. If casted on an enemy, it lifts them off in 1 second, then 3 seconds later, crash lands to the ground, stunning the target and dealing 150/275/400 dmg + 35% ap and 125/220/300 + 15% ap to surrounding enemies.

Guys tell me what to update if hes too op, not op enough, or is fine. What lanes do you think he could go, I see mid and top, how bout you guys?
