Vlad Buffs (I did the math on it)

So when I saw the vlad buffs coming in 7.3 I wasn't sure, although riot stated, if it was a buff or not. The bonus ad is obviously a buff. But they increased his q ap ratio by 5 percent and his base damage up a bit. Ok so its better normally but Bonus damage reduced from 100% to 85%, I started worrying that he might not have op half healthing capability anymore so I did the math using 20 40 60 80 and 100 ap This is on his bonus dmg on an empowered Q Before the changes Vlad lvl 1 Q 75 + 11 = 86x2 = 172 Vlad lvl 2 Q 90 + 22 = 112x2 = 224 Vlad lvl 3 Q 105 + 33 = 138x2 = 276 Vlad lvl 4 Q 120 + 44 = 164x2 = 328 Vlad lvl 5 Q 135 + 55 = 190x2 = 380 After the changes Vlad lvl 1 Q 80 + 12 = 92x1.85 = 170.2 Vlad lvl 2 Q 100 + 24 = 124x1.85 = 229.4 Vlad lvl 3 Q 120 + 36 = 156x1.85 = 288.6 Vlad lvl 4 Q 140 + 48 = 188x1.85 = 347.8 Vlad lvl 5 Q 160 + 60 = 220x1.85 = 407

So I determined it is only a nerf if you have low ap and you have lvl 1 q. Everything above that is better with the changes.

FORMULAS **BEFORE THE CHANGES ** 120 + 30x + 1.1d (d is the amount of ap you have, x is the level of your q) AFTER CHANGES 111 + 37x + 1.11d

You can even put them into a graph and see where one over takes the other. At d = 200 this is exactly lvl 1.
