but what if RNGesus hates you and all you get are mana pots ? (if you pick this on vlad)

To be fair, most Keystones on Vlad are either "meh" or "useless". Electrocute is just another meh rune.

why wouldn't you take zombie ward over eyeball collection? 30ap doesn't seem that great for the vision wards give.

Sounds like a good idea as Vlad has no issues scaling hard anyways so it's much more game changing to spec into having more impact early.

Resigning yourself to pillow fighting for 15 mins for an extra cherry on your scaling is no good when you're rolling the dice on which team or adc has been doing better til then. Much more terrifying when you have a laner actually losing lane to Vlad.

Even more vamp on that spec which is a good meme.

A little weird honestly though. I mean the only way you can proc it is to E>Q>auto unless you waste your pool just to attack them with it and in my experience people always try to stay far away from you until you use your Q.

However I also do think this is more of a statistical phenomenon. Part of the reason the electrocute vlads have a higher number is because fewer and more confident Vlad players do that.

I haven't played against it too much, but I imagine it is just as cheesy as thunderlord's Vlad was. If you didn't run mr he could get an empowered q ready, charge e, and flash instant kill you with ignite at level 2 if you weren't 80%+ hp. It was a really popular strategy at the end of last season for boosters.
