Concern about Bard
I have a slight concern about Bard, while he's actually a rather interesting champion, I think that his passive is a little too messy for the game. It's unreliable. If an opponent is chasing you, isn't it true, that if you walk into a chime, should it save you, Bard's gameplay has a bit of randomness to it? While this isn't a massive boost, and seriously, it probably won't save you really often, I'm not sure if just mashing the concept of wandering for chimes into the game will work out in favor of gameplay.
Anyhow, from the recent post "Even if he is a wandering spirit, Bard first has to identify the best windows of opportunity to roam before he runs off - he can't just abandon his marksman whenever he pleases. By making runs when his lane’s pushed or when his marksman has recalled, Bard can successfully roam without placing his teammate in imminent danger, then return to lane by the time he’s needed." The issue I predict is that non-ranked, Bronze, Silver, and Platinum players will have vastly different interpretations of what this means... And also different levels of comprehension.
Anyhow, this champion really, does seem pretty awesome, but I feel that Riot might have taken the conceptual part too far, and this might end up being incompatible with the reality of the game. Wandering for chimes is interesting and all, but of course we'll have to see his gameplay to find out if it really just doesn't work. For all we are familiar with, Bard is right now the most exotic champion in the game. He benefits from wandering, a very particular stun/slow ability, a pretty awesome heal ability, a goddamn portal gun, and an AOE Zhona's.
