At least outright- he does. As 6.9 goes on, we may see more. Some people such as Phylol simply haven't been very vocal or so critical, and as time goes on we may see him express a more drastic perspective on 6.9

AATTRROOXX1 votesPassive: you can mark enemy champ, if killed gets stacking buff lasts forever. Also will mark enemy jungle camp, if killed gets same stack. repeats after you get the stack
Q: short dash that fires three arrows
W: places zone where spectral head hits stuff, also passively gives a heal on auto after some time
E: makes enemy slower and on your 3rd attack against the enemy spectral head goes in for large damage
R: makes circle where living stuff can't die from health loss and heals after it goes away

AATTRROOXX1 votesI honestly don't think the ult makes thematic, or story, sense either. I've mostly accepted that it is as if they show mercy on someone and decide not to hunt them, and because they are the physical representation of death, nobody can die when they don't hunt.

Give me an example of another game which has such drastic patches and makes incredibly fundamental changes to the game each patch. The last game I ever played that could vaguely compare was battlefield 3, and that was relatively minor in comparison.

Igotlazy1 votesI've heard about Heroes because I actually consistently play it and follow changes. I know about Smite because I have friends who regularly play it. Heck even big MMOs (WoW for example) have massive overhauls with expansions or at least have general huge updates (like Planetside 2).
