Zolian, the Actual Time Wizard
HE'S LIKE ZILEAN BUT ACTUALLY HAS TIME RELATED ABILITIES
Passive: Time Lord's Hourglass Zolian gains an additional 1 gold per 5 seconds every minute or each time he gets a kill or assist stacking infinitely. These stacks disappear when he dies.
Q: Temporal Distortion Zolian creates a Time distortion at target area with different effects depending on the mode it's in. This area lasts indefinitely and grants vision.
Starts out in Serenity: Slows everyone that that passes through it and all projectiles that pass through it by 50%. Grants bonus Armor and MR to all allies in it.
Calamity: Speeds up everyone that passes through and all projectiles that pass through it by 100%. Grants Bonus Attack Speed and Cooldown reduction to all allies in it.
Max areas: 1/2/2/3/4
W: Time Shift Target ally has his or her ability cooldowns reduced by 5 seconds.
When this is cast, All of Zolian's Time distortion areas switch modes and deal damage to all enemies within them.
E: Blink All Characters in Zolian's Time distortions become invulnerable and cannot move for .5 seconds.
R: Time Stutter Zolian channels target area for 1 second, then all Champions in that area return to where they were 5 seconds ago. Additionally, their health returns to what it was at 5 seconds ago.
Too powerful maybe? Just wanted to create something actually new. Ive always hated how none of zilean's abilities have anything to do with time other than his cd reduction. A time bomb is not what a time wizard uses like seriously. If speed ups and slow downs are time related then a lot of champs are also time wizards (Though this one is debateable). His ult revives someone at some random amount of hp. Wow because that has so much to do with time.
