Talon hasn't received a skin since January of 2012

To you fools who want to tell me something about SSW Talon, I present this to you:

So...

I know that you can't just tell us that "oh yeah totally he has a skin coming soon get your wallet ready" but can we have some form of acknowledgement that it's been quite a while since Talon's last official skin?

He isn't in need of a rework and he has no skins that give him a recall animation and his last particle-changing skin is one of the first ever released (in other words, very low quality particles) all in all, one would think he would be rather high priority.
