#Physical Description:
Evilarr is a decently tall Woman, roughened but straight, black hair reaching past her shoulders and yellow eyes. Her Face does a terrible job in hiding her aging, wrinkles on her forehead and the dimm loss of brightness in her cheeks strongly visible. Her eyes carry a certain wearyness in them as well. Evilarr wears a golden, very fashionably designed petricite-Armor with a snake's head on the right Shoulder. Said Armor comes with a red Veil on the lower half of her backside. She wields two swords. One is a very broad and oversized Two-handed sword with an unnecessarily long Swordhilt. The Other was a very thin and comparably short Sword. Both possess excessive features of thorns and edges on every space on the blade.

#Philosophy of the Author:
My Goal was it to create one of the very few things this game does not have (or not anymore since GP Q was changed to do physical damage ages ago): An AD Champion against who'm you have to build MR. It is meant to create an entirely different experience altogether, forcing your champions to approach with unorthodox counterbuilds and strategies. Not just that, but it was also meant to give a different experience in the sense that Evilarr is a highly mobile low to mid-damage Bruiser who focuses around Off-tanking through sustain and health-regeneration with her Lifesteal and being incredibly slippery in the process, making her an ideal Initiator with an immensely high Difficulty and an even higher Skill ceiling.
I know, people are currently in an all-time fatigue about high-mobility champions, but unlike the ones so far, this one is not damage-heavy. Evilarr does not possess high scaling or raw damage. She uses her Mobility for positioning and to increase her resistances. Her Mobility is also mostly Skill-use reliant, tieing it indirectly to her Manacosts. Evilarr has high manacosts for the comparably short cooldowns and grave importance of repeated use on her skills, making trading, specially earlygame, very, very dangerous and counter-productive in the hands of a facerolling fool.
#Lore:
Evilarr was one of the few inhabitants of the Serpent's Isles who were not associated with the Cult of Nagakabouros or the Tradesmen at the coasts because her parents had rejected association with either, moreso with the Cult of Nagakabouros because they did not understand, and therefore did not share the beliefs taught by her. Evilarr would often ask her Parents why they did not share Nagakabouros' Belief and they explained to her that to serve Nagakabouros, one must always be in motion. Life must never stop, and one must never be satisfied. They saw the teachings to be akin to a Pirate's life, and taught Evilarr to see it the same. She lived a poor, but happy life with her parents, helping them with gardening and sometimes accompanying them to shop. But that was not meant to last as Evilarr discovered after her parents were murdered by a rogue pirating group and she was taken against her will. Forced under a life of Piracy for years to come, she was forced to adapt, become a member of the crew and do as she was told, plundering, murdering, haggling and torturing wherever she went. A facade to keep herself from being chained and done to as the Pirates would like.
When Evilarr was of Age, however, the Pirates got into an Ambush by none other than Gangplank himself. They narrowly escaped, but the Captain was hit by a stray cannonball. Evilarr saw this opportunity to lift the Captain's Swords, a Decision she would come to regret deeply. In that moment, a fraction of a second, a voice told her to call for the title of Captain and to claim leadership. She did just that, and the crew agreed, albeit under heavy objections. In the same night, however, a Mutiny was staged in which Evilarr was meant to be killed. However, the voice from earlier had multiplied by now and they all rang in her head continously, keeping her awake. Evilarr noticed the crewsmen trying to sneak into the Captain's quarters by a sudden halt of the voices and drew her Swords, lunging into the group and slaughtering them. With Each death she inflicted, she felt stronger, livelier and had this desire to keep going until none were left. Her Rage of being betrayed like that had turned into temporary madness which lashed out on any and all she had come across. She believed to be the only survivor that night, but unbeknownst to her, one of the crewsmen managed to escape by jumping overboard.
After the Massacre, Evilarr spend her future days on the ship, more and more believing to be driven to Madness by the endless Voices in her head, which after a few weeks she figured out were the Swords of the Captain she had picked up. It's Curse however had already rooted too deeply into Evilarr's mind and she was unable to toss it away. When she drew it, she felt her fingers clench so tight that she couldn't let go even after cutting her tendons with her other hand using the other Sword. She could only let it go after sheating it at her hip for the small one and on her back for the large one.
When she finally arrived at the coasts of Bilgewater, however, she was greeted with drawn Weapons, loaded and aimed Cannons and every pair of eyes thirsting for her blood. The lone survivor from her ship managed to arrive before her and spread the tale of a Mad Muteneer who stole the Captain's cursed Swords and slaughtered the entire crew for the sake of her bloodthirst, causing Evilarr to be the number 1 reject on Bilgewater's grounds. No Pirate wanted to associate with a traitor this savage by name, be it true or not, and so Evilarr narrowly escaped the Bay and fled to where it all began: Into the Serpent's Isles.
On the Isles, she encountered a cultist of Nagakabouros who warned her to face an early death before "The Curse Swallows you whole". Confused with the meaning, she sought out the temple of Nagakabouros, where she was quickly rejected entrance by it's former Priestess, explaining that the Rejected Artifacts may not be let near their Sanctum. Evilarr had to try several times before she got an explanation after convincing the Priestess that she genuinely did not know what she meant. The Origin of the Swords she carried was unknown, but Rumor and past Documentation speak that they were forged with the Gold of Shurima's treasury and were then bathed in the Souls of those who had fallen in Icathia, cursing it's wielder to experience the agony of all it's previous wielders until Madness take hold of them completely, and her soul would join those before her within the Swords, doomed to haunt the future wielders until they, too, join her in the cycle of Neverending Inprisonment.
The Swords were described to be akin to the Darkin, the only difference being that there is no sentience taking hold of you. It is all your own Demon being brought out through continous exposure to the worst suffering left by those who never moved on into the afterlife. Therefore, Nagakabouros did not welcome them for they were, for lack of better words, Undead Swords, for harboring souls of the dead.
Knowing that her life was cursed to end in madness and bloodshed, Evilarr fled the Isles by Infiltrating one of the Trade-ships, killing the crew once they had set sail. She spend months traveling with the Ship, expensing provision and transported goods meant to feed entire cities, suffering more and more from the Influence of the Cursed Swords until she had an idea. What if they could be destroyed where they had been forged? And so she sought the one place she believed could possibly help her. Shurima. Hoping that only the makers of these Weapons could destroy it, or undo it's curse, she pushed through obstacle after obstacle, killing thieves, surviving the heat and fending off stray Void-burrowers. When she Arrived at her supposed destination, however, she only found ruin and sand. She had never been educated on history, and the Priestess failed to mention it as well, that Shurima had been fallen since centuries.
The Swords by now had began to whisper louder once more, filling Evilarr's mind with such madness that she barely kept going, holding onto whatever will to live she had left. Not once giving in to the Belief that her time had come, she resided within Shurima's ruins, or what was left of it, for a few years, discovering it's ruins and searching for anything that could help her, until she encountered an Archeology-group that sought to find treasures in the Ruins. Evilarr was careless by the encounter and her mind slipped, allowing the Madness to take hold of her senses and she lashed out, killing them in the process. Only once they were all dead did her senses come by and she could only look in horror at the indescripable mutilation she had caused. It was then that she had discovered something. Her Sword's curse had lessened. She could feel her pinky finger loosening hold, being able to let go of the Sword. Something she had not achieved in years of trying. When she looked down, she found that the tip of the Sword was touching a bracelet from one of the dead Archeologists. It was then that she discovered the existence of Petricite, and it's origin in Demacia.
Evilarr felt like something deep inside of her had been restored, a piece of humanity she had lost ever since she was that tiny girl. Hope. She had found Hope that there was a solution. If Petricite could weaken the influence of her sword, then maybe she could remove their Magic-based curse entirely.
But that hope was shattered once more. When she arrived in Demacia, she was rejected any rights to even think of coming into contact with it. Petricite had been regarded as something holy, as she had found out, because it was Demacia's most reliable defence against Magic, one of the most scorned things to their people. And so, Evilarr was left with only one choice. Steal Petricite for herself. She broke into the Blacksmith's shop, belonging to the very man who rejected her request, and stole plans for Demacia's famous Petricite-Armors as well as Trade routes for Petricite-deliveries. Her break-in however was not undiscovered and Evilarr was caught in the attempt to Flee. She was placed in a Petricite-cell that was designed to keep Mages trapped, where she was held captive for several Years, due to the Demacian Soldiers being unable to remove her Swords from her no matter what they tried.
Evilarr had believed this to be her final resting place and had once again lost all hope for salvation. The Voices had stopped, at least, due to the Petricite within the cell, but it was not much worse of a fate than this. But she was, for one more time, struck by surprise when the King himself, Jarvan Lightshield 3rd approached her cell and offered her a Bargain. In the years she had been imprisoned, Jarvan had learned of her fate with the Cursed Swords and figured out that her break-in was infact not serving Noxian Agenda, as Demacians so loved to believe about anything not being pro-Demacia, but that it was personal desperacy. He offered her a set of Petricite-Armor in exchange for her servitude for Demacia on the Seas. The Archeologists she had killed were part of a Demacian Excavation-team and she had to face penance for their deaths with a lifetime of loyalty.
Being offered both the solution to her curse as well as Freedom AND a Purpose through redemption? She had not yet lost her mind enough to say no to that. So she took his Bargain and had sworn her life as debt to The King. With her Petricite-Armor and a new ship and Crew, she set sail to uphold her purpose given to her. To Protect Demacia's Domain and all it inhabitates by Sea. To Serve the King and his people no matter what she was asked of. She had been in the service of Demacia's fleet for over 20 years ever since her freedom from the Imprisonment.
Sometimes Evilarr looks back to her life and figures that she would never be where she was, were it not for her will to see herself happy again. For that reason, she had understood the teachings of Nagakabouros her Parents rejected and misinterpretated when she was a little child, and to make penance to the Goddess of Motion, she spread the word of Nagakabouros to her fellow Demacians in the hope that her Life's story would give others the same hope and tenacity to cling to themselves no matter how desperate the situation may be. To Teach that you must never give up. For that inspiration, the crew she sails with honored her with the title of Demacia's Hope.
