I believe that most people's index finger is on the R key, with their three leftmost fingers on the Q, W, and E keys.

I have my index on E usually so that I can comfortably have my pinky on the shift for instant cast which means D is closer to it than F.

Because some times I want to aim carefully with the skill overlay (or how is that thing called). I'd rather choose which skills to auto cast and which not.

F for "F"lash summoner 4 (pronounced "ef-lash" lol)

The only exception is when I'm running TP, TP is always always F, so if I run Flash/TP then flash is on D.

ring finger=q middle finger=w index finger=e stretch for r so you don't accidentally push it. to hit d, you slide your index finger down. to hit f, you stretch. d is way more fluent than F.

To hit D, you have to raise your finger, pull it back, and then press down. To hit F, you just strafe to the side and press down. F is faster and more fluid to hit than D.

Nah, A is for dance, cause D key is already for summoner spells.

T is for taunt, so you can spam taunt or dance at enemy.
