@Riot - Quality of Life changes

I believe these simple changes would greatly increase the quality of life of ranked players.

1: Guaranteed role option. With this option you are accepting the fact that you might have to wait longer in queue but you are guaranteed your role. This would make draft feel more like Team Builder, which is the direction I thought Riot wanted to head.

2: Mute All Communication feature. Some players it is not just enough to mute them, they will spam pings all game just to harass you. Would be nice if there was an option to mute all forms of communication so that you do not have to deal with players like this. They are not using the ping feature to relay important information so I do not see why we have to see their pings if they are just using them to harass.

3: Better match quality. Currently, unless you are playing with a premade, higher elo 3s is an absolute mess. I am P2 in it and I've had games where I have 2 gold team mates (Gold in 3s, sometimes even silver in solo q) and I'm forced to face people that are challenger in 3s. These matches are lost before loading screen even finishes. There needs to be a way to detect of match quality is going to be low and at the very least give people a fair warning rather than forcing people to dodge when they realize they have team mates that are not going to be able to compete.
