Premades should only get 1 surrender vote

Reason: If a 4 man premade is losing and the 5th solo person is still doing well and thinks they can win, they are at the mercy of the premade since they have 100% control of the surrender vote. You should not have to lose a ranked game because you got matched with a premade that couldn't hold their own while you are doing well and believe there is still a chance at winning.

Fix: Premades only get 1 vote.

2 man premade = 1 vote. So the other 3 members stay the majority when it comes to votes. 3 man premade = 1 vote. This way the other 2 members have an equal say in the vote. If the 3 man premade vote Yes it counts as 1 vote, now the other 2 members can vote 2 yes and surrender, or 1 no and 1 yes for a 2-1 tie. ( Yes tie, like the current 3-2 tie system ) 4 man premade = 1 vote. This way they can only surrender if the solo member agrees the game is a lost. This means the solo member now has 50% of the say in the matter, rather than 0%.
