I really hope you're right on the Lucian, Leona, and of course new champion. Who doesn't love New Champ Hype. This reveal has caused just as much hype and theorycrafting as the XIII on Ekko's sword-bat.
Even though the picture may be wrong the champs ARE true.
If you go into the coding and search for zed, you get the rest of the champs. All of which are mentioned in OP so yes those are all the champs.
