The most broken item in the game has to be Zeke's. I mean look at it: It's not even in tact! That's the most broken shit I've ever seen.

Here at Riot, we've noticed this item is trending similar to Rageblade in 5.22. It is being purchased on many classes we didn't originally intend. Even flying creatures like Anivia are getting boots to solve their mobility issues in exclusion to other items like Phantom Dancer, Stattik Shiv, Trintiy Force or Luden's. We will thus be nerfing boots to give 10 MS for 1500 gold.

To balance this issue all of your items now break upon death.

They actually have nerfed boots really hard before. They used to give you 50 ms instead of 25, so every single lane would buy until they eventually reduced it down to 25 ms and in return increased every champions base ms by 25.

I'm going to bookmark this. And the day they nerf Movement speed on boots, I will resurrect this post and blame you.
