Boom, perfectly valid reason to make it. Especially if she was based off of it. That would just be awesome.
Only reason I see not to is that she just got the Arcade Riven skin, but even then its not like it needs to be added now, could be added later.
i'd say sith riven would be better: as she is from noxus (normally seen as a power hungry empire) and quite a few people hate her (why not give them a villain to fight)
I think the downvotes have more to do with Riven's lore, as she does not fit the Jedi path: she believes in strength above all, and thrives in combat. She is more like a clearheaded Sith, who believes in strength, but not in cruelty or injustice. She was shocked by the cruelty of Singed in the battle against the Ionians, which also resulted in casualties on the Noxian side, and left Noxus.
