[Champion Concept] Zul'Jas the Headhunter

ABOUT Appearance: Tall skinny hunched-over guy with tribal-looking tattoos all over his body. Dressed and painted in foresty colors.
He is intended to be a really good snowball marksman ADC. I wanted to make a ranged jungler who had good early game potential but was also a really good carry. Not sure if I balanced the abilities to have a good early game-late game ratio, so please tell me if you think I didn't do that right.

For each stack, the target is slowed and takes damage over time. Stacks infinitely. Slow: 2/3/4/5/6% Damage: 2/3/4/5/6 Duration: 4 Voodoo Spear (Active): Zul'Jas throws a spear with range and damage based on his basic attack. Any stacks of Tribal Poison on the target have their slow, damage, and duration doubled. Range Bonus: 200 Damage Bonus: 20/30/40/50/60 Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6

While moving towards a marked champion, Zul'Jas has bonus flat movement speed. All slows, disables, etc. on Zul'Jas have their duration reduced if he is nearby the marked champion. Slaying a marked champion grants extra trophies, even if it goes above his maximum. These trophies are still lost on death.
