ABOUT Appearance: Average-sized human man with short black hair. Wears black clothes. (with the occasional blood splatter) Fights with a 5-foot ōdachi. (which is why he has longer range than most melee champs)

He is intended to be a champion that everyone is scared to attack because you take so much damage and get so many debuffs just attacking him. Despite his assassin appearance he is more of a fighter with a bit of tank, since he has no reliable gap closer or burst. He has no mana and quick cooldown abilities as well, making him a good reliable source of dps at all stages of the game. He has low ms as well, but gets very fast when attacking enemies with Oath of Vengeance on them.

For each stack of oath of vengeance, an enemy champion deals 10% less damage to Zigor, his basic attacks deal 20 (+50% AD) extra damage, and he gains +20% movement speed that decays over 1 second every time he attacks them. When Zigor kills an enemy, they lose all stacks of Oath of Vengeance.

Way way WAY too strong, and there's no counterplay possible.

Let's look at his level 16, shall we?

You ult the enemy. They deal 40% less damage to you, you get +80% movement speed when you hit them, and your attacks deal 80 + 200% AD bonus damage on top of their normal damage. They can't run from that movement speed, so they have to fight. But you're dealing 80 + 300% AD damage with every auto-attack, dealing 25% AD damage every time they hit you, dealing damage + a minor execute + blinding them for 1 second up to 10 times before you die, triggering a massive damage boost based on the number of times they've hit you (which is anti-synergy, by the way -- your W is weakened by your E's passive, which is really awkward design), and gaining 110% lifesteal + a revive for 4 out of every 10 seconds.

No part of the above is at all balanced. You're out-damaging full build Yi and full build Tryndamere without even trying.

His massive massive AD scaling says that this guy isn't a tank. He's an invincible 1v1 duelist who can't lose unless you can 100-0 him through burst spell damage. That's not well designed -- if you're not a burst mage, this guy wins. Period. And even then you have to burst him TWICE, because he's dealing 80 + 300% AD damage to you and has a revive.

So basically 4 seconds out of every 10 seconds he has a chance to be brought back to life? That's a little ridiculous bro. 10% dmg reduction permanently and it stacks each time you kill him.. I just dont know about that either.

Other ideas are pretty cool but if I got blinded 10 times for 1 second each trying to kill this guy I would just throw my computer out the window.

His ultimate is pretty much 40% damage reduction and 80 + (200% AD) bonus damage right out of the gate, and it becomes impossible to escape him. In fact, his Q is a huge movement speed steroid, and forget trying to kill this dude: he's just going to get his Thornmail passive to shred you alongside his blinding passive. Did you kill him? This champion literally punishes you for being ahead.
