Glibben the Gloom Creeper

ABOUT Appearance: Shortish very thin hunched over man wearing grey rags. Grey-tinted skin and very pale grey eyes. Has hands stretched out with long clawlike fingers, fingers are about 1 foot long.

He is intended to be an assassin with low health who stalks enemies and waits for an opportunity where everything is in his favor, then cuts them down quickly. His theme is stalking champions, so his abilities are all utility for stalking or very effective single target spells that amplify his attacks.

So at first i thought he was a jungler based on his passive, then reading further I realize all of his spells are champion only making it impossible to jungle but his passive is useless if he is in a lane. Can he cast stalk on a friendly champion? Can he find where wards are by wether or not his creep goes down? This champion would blow my mind if it had a real way to lane or jungle but he doesn't.

He was not intended as a jungler but he can be. I intended the passive damage bonus to just last for one attack, when he breaks his stealth. Stalk cannot be cast on ally champions. And yes he can detect wards with his creep.

The laning situation I had in mind was basically being babysat for a few levels and then just roaming, stalking enemy champions. His lane is basically get stalk up as fast as possible and just sit invisible in lane. Due to his low survivability stats, he is meant to have a hard lane, but then wreck lone champions as soon as his damage and shred get up and running. His W and maybe his ult (it has a sorta low cd) can be used to scare enemies of in lane.

He can't just roam he has to get tower. And the only way for him to stack his passive is to stand in the bush for a while, making him unable to farm.

That was sortof the intention, that he would have a really difficult early game. His passive is for combination with his stealth, not for getting damage to last hit. The reason supports even exist is to help champions like this get their farm.
