Lore:

A famed bounty hunter, Slade was the most dangerous man in Bilgewater, never once failing to capture a target, never once capturing them alive, but never once hurt an innocent. His fame brought him wealth and luxury, but also enemies, and time and time again he was ambushed by young rogues and old enemies alike. Though he survives every encounter, Slade eventually tires of the restless live of a bounty hunter, got married and retired to live a peaceful live on a farm. But peace was never there, and you dont quit this life of violence, Slade learned. One fateful day, Slade returned home to see that his wife had been kidnapped by the father of one of the criminal he putted down who had tracked him here. In his murderous rage he stormed the hideout of his wifes' kidnapper, masscaring half of them before being mortally wounded by a shot that blasted half of his face, for his hatred had made him reckless. Laying on the ground, the last thing he heard before slipping away was the scream of his wife as she was doused in oil. A match was struck. The rest is silence and blackness

But even death offer no rest for such restless soul. His soul was so black with hatred that death itself rejected him. A wandering spirit, Slade was finnally aproached by a spectral figure, offering him a deal. He would restore Slade to life for 1 hour, empowered with hellish energy, to enact his vengence. But the price was 10,000 souls, souls that he will hunt for the spectral figure. 10,000 lives for 1 hour. Slade accepted without hesitation, and closed his eyes

When he reopens them, he was in the middle of a saloon, and infront of him was the image of the man that took his life away from him. Instinctually, Slade raised his arm, in which he found strange guns resting in his hand, black as the night. The gun fit perfectly into his hand, and he felt like he had used it forever. As he pulled the trigger, red hot bullet leaves the barrel and burn through any cover between him and his target. Firing endlessly, the supernatural revolver hammer never falling on an empty cylinder, bullets, knives and flesh passing harmlessly as it touches his skin, his aim perfect still, Slade enacted vengence. Yet in his fury he did not broke his number one rule, Jack Slade does not kill innocents. The storm of bullets rage away in the middle of saloon, man crying out in vain as spectral bullet pierce their soul, absorbing them, but bystanders were unfazed, bullets changed their course midflight as to not leave a scratch on their body. The one hour was up, Slade holster his guns, put on his hat, and walked out. Faintly he hear the sound of chains "I am no saint" he said "and I know that I'm a killer at heart. But Jack Slade is not a murderer" He growled at the spectral figure appearing before him. "If it's 10,000 lives i need to take, then this world will be rid of 10,000 murderers. This is not Justice, this is Vengence" The spectral figure let out a disappointed sigh, then disappear.

Gameplay: Slade is a powerfull marksman/assassin specializing in extreme but opportune burst, trading the steroids and range of other Marksmen for the ability to remove one person off the map when the time comes before they can react, quickdraw style. After fulfilling his hellbound contract, the Hellslinger can slip in and out of the living word, becoming exceptionally hard to hit, weaving in and out of the battlefield at opportune moment to hunt down the soul of the damned

Ok so usually I review the lore afterwards, but this time some things sort of NEED to be said first. But... adding elements of an actual religion, mythology etc, specifically hell/heaven in this case, just makes the story outlandishly alien to league. The world of Runeterra us a world of diversity and outsiders. The whole idea is that everyone's morals are kinda sketchy cus nobody can quite put their finger on how the world works. The shadow isles for example are a strange place where life and death do not follow the cycle, Ionia is a land of spiritual magic and powers, it follows a more eastern philosophy setting, Damacia is the place of valor and honor, where morals have man(or yordle) at their center, while Noxus is the exact opposite, where might makes right and cults, cabals and dark thaumaturges serve their own wicked desires etc. Everything in Runeterra is made to strictly contrast with everything else so that you cant really make heads or tails about what the world is made of. Hell, even it's inhabitants don't know the continents past. By specifically saying that he was rejected by "hell", you undermine the very nature of the world that has been set up. It's just out of place. I understand the idea you were going for, but I see another possibility. Picture this:

_A dying man, his past filled with action and bloodshed, the only true love in his life murdered in front of him.In his dying breath he seeks to fight, to seek some revenge, to express his anger and hatred for these... fiends. But he cannot. He is broken from body to soul. He is left to bleed out on his own, alone with the body of his only loved one in the dirt of the cold earth. Then suddenly he is approached by some being. The being offers vengeance... but at a cost. The man does not respond, he simply stares into nothingness. He refuses the being. The being snarls at him and says that he will die. The man understands, but he does not have the will to live anymore. The being taunts him, saying that he will die without putting up a fight. The man suddenly becomes aware. He still rejects the being, but he now scrapes at the earth with nail and tooth. He brings himself up, he fights to remain alive. He survives, and he remains broken, but he now has purpose, he now has something to live for, he now has something to die for. There are losses in life, and there are thieves who must be brought to justice.

That's just my take on it all. I feel like league has too many heartless fools, it needs more multi-dimensional personalities. It needs more goodhearted people, people who have purposes that do not concern merely themselves. I also thought, heck for the fun of it let's throw Kalista in there cus she tends to be the spirit of revenge. Either way, it's your lore, I just got very deep about it for no reason. I like the idea of a gunslinger bounty hunter. Fills the niche FAR better than graves does with his... laser gun.

Now onto the kit.

The passive is cool. I quite like it. A bit similar to Caitlyn's perhaps, but maybe not quite.

The Q is on the right track but not quite. What if, instead of being just pure 6 attack speed on ANY target, which right now is rather overpowered(As it bypasses the need for attack speed and is thus a massive gold gain), you could make it so that Jack has maximum attack speed for some time/hits against a specific target. Kinda plays into that whole "Bounty hunter who knows who he's after and he's got his sights on his target" thing. Perhaps make it reset only if he kills the intended target, otherwise it seems rather spammable, which would make it considerably overpowered.

The W is somewhat strange. Yeah I get that it_ kiiinda_ fits the theme, but having a 2 second cc on an adc that can already deal a TON of damage is just kinda out of place. It seems really op.

E is interesting, adds the ghost aspect to the guy. But then again, it's another "look, im an ADC so I need a dash ability" thing. I guess it works, but the immunity is kinda over the top, no? Like, giving an assasin immunity for 1+second which is ALSO a gaploser/escape seems kinda unfair against... well anyone in the enemy team.

The Ultimate is interesting. I see what you were going for with the R+Q combo, which is quite sick, but also a bit over the top. It feels too strong. Esentially, he's kindof a one-trick-pony with his R-Q combo. Think of other ADC's, Vayne has her low cd dash/stealth and wall stuns to play with, tristana has bombs and jumps that deal damage, allong with a potential disengage/displacement tool, Lucian has whole different MODE when he clicks his ultimate and he has to play around minion positioning with his Q, twitch has this huge positioning game with his ultimate and his stealth, as well as the sack game. Jack just kinda shoots things. He's got the same problem that Ashe has. He just kinda shoots stuff. I mean, I know that's what ADC's do, but like in the most basic sense of the word. The ultimate just really plays into that. Sure, you fear them, but all that means is that you now have more damage, as they are incapacitated while you can just shoot away. Sure you have a dash, but it offers little counterplay as you are immune. Cool concept, really cool concept, but something just feels like it could be SO much more better. I cant quite put my finger on it.

Anyway, nice idea, nice art, nice stuff.
