Seriously. There were supposed to be 3 Harrowing Skins and we only got 2. Unless "Grim Reaper" Soraka somehow wasn't deemed spoopy enough for Harrowing? Lolwut?

There has been speculation among the boards that Hecarim might be receiving a skin. He could potentially be the third skin. No guarantees though.
It's coming in the next patch, they haven't finished her splash art for the skin yet so it's not being released until they finish it.
