Martial Pose is Relentless Pursuit with no cost and no cooldown. Please explain how this exists. HOW? Seriously?!

Relentless Pursuit doesn't require a completed auto-attack (therefore, a target) and is much longer range.
It can't be used to dodge skillshots unless you're already in auto-attack range of something.
Welll, if you are a somewhat good lucian player relentless pursuit doesnt really have a cd anyways. Besides, the range is nearly as long its more of a vayne tumble. Its not like you can go through walls with it
except relentless pursuit gives you two autos and doesnt require being within auto attack range to use.

With a high enough attack speed, i can see this being broken ass hell. especially because she travels farther when dashing away from an enemy. I can also see kalista being a hard counter to a lane with a lot of skillshots (ezreal, varus, karma, leona) b/c of how easy it will be for her to dodge these skillshots. try landing an ezreal q on someone who can vayne tumble after every auto attack...
Runaan's or any other attack speed item, Kalista will be able to literally never be caught, ever.
I have to agree after watching the abilities. Her passive looks insanely OP with her able to non-stop dash.
The one thing though that makes me call her OP though is that E. All she has to do is auto you once, and E, attack you again E, repeat. She will be the biggest snowballer in the game due to that E. Not only does it do extra damage, it slows champions by quite a lot.
But everything else looks good. Her E should have at least a 5 second cooldown. And her passive have a 3-4 second cooldown.
