@Riot Serious Question [Ultimate Skin]

I'm not looking for a hint or a deadline. I just want a yes or no answer. Are we still getting an ultimate skin for 2014? I don't need to know reasoning or any explanation, I don't care if it's tomorrow or 3 months or if you scrapped it and had to start over or whatever. Just a simple "Yes there will be an ultimate skin released for season 4" or "No there will not be an ultimate skin for the 2014 season". I don't even care if the answer is yes or no, I just want to know the answer so I can stop worrying about it.

I think at this point it's pretty clear that there will not be an Ultimate skin released in 2014. >_>

There may, however, be an Ultimate skin released very early in 2015.
