Can Akali's VGU focus on her fists?
I always thought it was weird that she is the fist of the shadow when she really doesn't use her fists for combat.

I don't think it's that literal. Fist can mean you're an enforcer. Like a right hand man; you are not literally strapped to someone's right wrist.
Those titles are really metaphors to be honest. They shouldn't be taken literally.
It's more a reference to Zed.
as long as her vgu includes %maxhp true damage, and gaining ap=her health+ad+armor+mrx5 then its not balanced
