This lasts 1.5 seconds after entering the direct vision range of an enemy champion or minion. Using an ability other than Intimidate or auto-attacking will remove Invisibility. While Invisible, enemies within 1000 units will hear a rustling sound. #Ability 1: Hamstring The target enemy champion takes 50/70/90/110/130 (+ 70% AD) physical damage and is slowed by 20%/30%/40%/50%/60% for 2 seconds. If Chad uses this ability from stealth, the slow is increased by 25% and the duration extended to 3 seconds., but if he uses while seen, it deals 50% increased damage. Hamstring applies on-hit effects to the target. 40/50/60/70/80 mana. 8/7/6/5/4 second cooldown. 450 unit range. #Ability 2: Intimidate Chad marks an enemy champion for 5 seconds. His next attack against the target deals 30/45/60/75/90 (+ 30% AD) bonus physical damage and grants him 30%/35%/40%/45%/50% bonus movement speed for 3 seconds. If triggered from stealth, the movement speed is increased by 40%, but if triggered while seen, the damage is increased by 50%. Using Intimidate does not break stealth. 80 mana at all levels. 15/13/11/9/7 second cooldown. 900 unit range. #Ability 3: Lunge Chad dashes 400 units in the target direction. Cools down twice as fast while in stealth, but the distance is doubled if used while seen. 70/65/60/55/50 mana. 18/16/14/12/10 second cooldown. #Ultimate: Precision Strike Chad dashes 500 units past the target enemy champion, dealing 200/250/300 (+ 70% AD) + 30% missing health physical damage to the target and gaining Invisibility for 5 seconds. If used from stealth, the dash distance is increased to 800 units and the invisibility lasts 8 seconds, but if used while seen the damage dealt is increased by 50%. 100 mana. 180/150/120 second cooldown. 500 unit range. #Notes: Chad is meant to play around stealth, especially given how his abilities interact with stealth, giving him more utility from stealth but more damage while revealed. As such, item 3147 is one of his core items, and likely what he will rush for maximum damage potential. #Lore: Chad, also known as C.H.A.D., the Cloaked Hextech Assassination Device, is a genetically modified and cybernetically enhanced tiger species from the Kumungu Jungle. He was born and raised in Zaun, engineered to be the perfect predator and assassin. However, one day, due to a security mistake, he managed to escape, eventually returning to the jungle his species hailed from. He now roams, hunting whatever he pleases, and destroying everything in his way.

The idea is good, but I do not understand what this champion looks like, can you explain who he is from himself?

Looks a lot like Eve's passive stealth.
