#Marroc, the Mind-Sunderer Mage Basic Attack Range: 550 Damage: Magic HP: 550 + 30 per level HP Regen: 5 + .5 per level Mana: 350 + 40 per level Mana Regen: 4 + .75 per level Armor: 25 + 2 per level Magic Resist: 25 + 2.5 per level Attack Damage: 40 + 4 per level Attack Speed: .75 + 2.5% per level Ability Power: No Scaling #Passive: Insanity Marroc's abilities apply stacks of Insanity. Each stack grants extra damage and effects to Marroc's abilities, capping at 10 stacks. Stacks decay at a rate of 2 per second after 3 seconds. When an enemy reaches 10 stacks, they take 80/130/180 true damage and are silenced for 1/1.25/1.5 seconds. Once the silence ends, the enemy loses all stacks of Insanity and cannot gain more for 7/5.5/4 seconds. #Ability 1: Psychic Scream A scream echoes in the mind of the target, dealing 40/55/70/85/100 (+30% AP) magic damage. The magic damage from this ability is split among all enemies in range that have at least 1 stack of Insanity. For every stack of Insanity on the target, the target takes an additional 10/15/20/25/30 (+5% AP) true damage and is slowed by 5% for 2 seconds. At 10 stacks, the true damage and slow are applied to to all enemies affected by this ability. Applies 1 stack of Insanity 700 unit range. 4/3.5/3/2.5/2 second cooldown. 40/35/30/25/20 mana. #Ability 2: Illusionary Clone A clone of Marroc walks towards the target location. The clone is indistinguishable from Marroc, and has his Health, Mana, and all buffs/debuffs (With appropriate durations) from the time of casting. The clone cannot attack or cast spells and will take the fastest path to the targeted location, remaining still once it has arrived. Marroc can reactivate this ability once to switch locations with the clone, dealing 30/60/90/120/150 (+60% AP) magic damage to enemies within 600 units of both him and the clone. This damage also triggers if the clone dies. After 10 seconds, the clone will die without dealing damage. If Marroc dies, the clone will also immediately die without dealing damage. For every stack of Insanity on an enemy hit, they take an additional 5/7.5/10/12.5/15 (+2.5% AP) true damage and are slowed by 10% for 1.5 seconds. If an enemy has 10 stacks, they are rooted instead. Applies 2 stacks of Insanity. Global range. 22/21/20/19/18 second cooldown. 80/85/90/95/100 mana. #Ability 3: Mind Blast Marroc viciously assaults the target's mind, dealing 90/115/140/165/190 (+80% AP) magic damage and interrupting channels. For every stack of Insanity on the target, they take an additional 30/35/40/45/50 true damage and are rooted for 0.1 seconds. At 10 stacks, the root becomes a stun. Applies 3 stacks of Insanity. 700 unit range. 15/14/13/12/11 second cooldown. 60/75/90/105/120 mana. #Ultimate: Overwhelm After a 0.5 second channel, Marroc attacks the target's mind with overwhelming force, dealing 150/300/450 (+100% AP) magic damage and Pacifying the target for 1/1.5/2 seconds. While Pacified, the enemy cannot attack, cast spells, or use items. For every stack of Insanity on the target, they take an additional 40/55/70 (+15% AP) true damage and the Pacified duration is increased by 0.25 seconds. At 10 stacks, the magic damage is converted into true damage. Applies 5 stacks of Insanity. 700 range, 180/160/140 second cooldown. 100/150/200 mana. #Notes: The main thing that Marroc needs to do is keep track of Insanity stacks, as once they are all gone, his damage falls of considerably. Psychic Scream won't split the damage to targets without Insanity, Illusionary Clone is his only escape, and Mind Blast is a nuke better used on somebody with Insanity. Enemies should keep in mind that Marroc's most damaging basic ability is Mind Blast, which is single target, has a high cooldown, and a high mana cost, so engaging him after he uses it would be ideal. Overwhelm's Pacified debuff is hard to counter, as all you can do is run, but good coordination and help from your allies should enable you to survive. #Pros: Marroc is excellent at destroying a single target or applying widespread soft CC.

Marroc is hard to duel, as Overwhelm can shut down most characters if they have no way to counter it.

Illusionary Clone is very effective for playing mind games with opponents.

#Cons: Marroc's only escape is Illusionary Clone, which requires prediction for quick getaways.

Marroc is lacking in damage if an enemy become immune to Insanity.

Marroc's AOE damage is light, as Psychic scream splits its damage evenly between all enemies with Insanity, and Illusionary Clone is your primary escape.

#Lore: Marroc was once a therapist, working and living in Demacia. However, he slowly realized he had a certain amount of inner talent with the mind. He began to develop a form of magic that he used to pry open his victims'... I mean patients'... minds and to learn their secrets. He soon became dissatisfied with his job, it being unworthy for a master of the mind like himself. Marroc joined the Demacian army in the hopes of eventually becoming an interrogator, and after years of service, he finally got his wish. His new career began the development of a more sadistic side, and he was soon baished for his cruel, unethical, and magical ways. He now wanders, preying on those who dare stumble into his path.

#Appearance: Marroc's main color theme is blue-green and grey, with a slightly ethereal quality to his swirling blue-black eyes. He wears traditional long mage robes in a greyish-blue, but does not wield any visible weapons. His black hair is long and braided into multiple strands. He is tall and lanky, in terms of build, and wisps of greyish-blue magic will occasionally swirl around him.

#Personality: Marroc is arrogant and prideful, believing himself above everyone else due to his skill in magic. This also leads to a powerful urge for revenge if he ever loses out on anything. He tends to abuse his power, ripping apart the minds of man and beast alike for nothing but his amusement. His primary enemies are the Demacian figureheads, most especially Lux. His interactions with Lux include him trying to persuade her to join him and abandon the society which shunned both of them, getting angry when she refuses.
