Once again Riot beat me to the punch lol

I had in mind to make a female time thief based champion concept. Her ult would have been her going back several seconds and reversing any damage she had recieved within those seconds. I however was worried that this was too powerful and would be considered a trollsy ult. But apparently Riot had the same idea and decided to make it also damage enemies too. That's two champions concepts Riot has beaten me to. I'm starting to feel like I should step up my production before any more of my ideas are thought of by them lol!
