NEW CHAMP CONCEPT: Chiadel and Brambel, The Spirit Walkers

So... this champion concept kind of started with an E and an R and evolved from there. I'm not really the best at balancing out stats and stuff, so I'll just give general ideas of mana costs, damage, and cooldowns. So, without further ado, here is my concept for Chiadel and Brambel (actually I'll probably just refer to them as C&B.)

Visual design: Chiadel and Brambel are essentially 2 sides of the same coin. Basically, C&B consist of 2 main models: Chiadel is a graceful, glowing, humanoid figure wearing a translucent cloak, and Brambel is a small, floating, ghostly creature with no arms or legs, just a wispy tail. The thing is, they actually switch bodies (see their passive.) One is always in control, and the other is a small wispy ghost. No matter their current form, Chiadel always glows yellow while Brambel always glows dark blue. Also, each of them has a mask that switches with them. Chiadel's mask is black, and sort of resembles a leaf with eyeholes. Brambel's is white, and is shaped like a bird's face.

Lore: Chiadel. Chiadel is the thoughtful one. Brambel. Brambel is the clever one. Together they roam Runeterra, but not the Runeterra we know. Chiadel and Brambel see the light and the darkness beneath everything we see. They can see the spirit. Without any particular goal, they stride along a separate realm. Some say they have seen everything. Some say they were there to witness the creation of the first stars. Some say Chiadel and Brambel were around before time. Some say they are time. Actually, some people say they get bored sometimes. They would, if they didn't have each other as company. "I get the big body." "No, I get the big body!" Some say their physical bodies are only their masks. But what you rarely see is someone claiming to have seen them. Sometimes, they appear in Runeterra, usually for large events, catastrophes. But what they love above all is to visit Runeterra for a little competition. The League of Legends is no exception.

Basic attack range: Long (let's say about Bard's attack range.) (Again, I'm awful at balancing stats, so I'm only leaving in what I consider necessary.)

Lane: Support, maybe more agressive Mid

SKILLSET:

Passive: Fused bodies: Whenever C&B cast an ability, they switch bodies. The switch takes 1 second, and during that time, C&B can move, but they can't attack or use abilities. Additionally, the mask switch will still occur if you are hit by stasis during the switch. After switching Chiadel to the main body, C&B regain a small portion of health and get a very slight movement speed boost.. After switching Brambel to the main body, C&B do a small amount of magic damage to all enemies around them. Some abilities also have additional effects depending on who is in the main body.

Q: Spectral dance: C&B fire a burst of energy in a direction, and the energy quickly alternates color between yellow and blue. If an enemy gets hit by the burst while it's blue, it stuns them, and if they get hit by it when it's yellow, it only slows them BUT it continues past them. If this ability is cast by Chiadel, the energy starts as yellow, and if cast by Brambel, it starts as blue. (The distance between each color switch is big enough that it does require spacing to time this ability right, and it's not just luck.) It has a decently long cooldown.

W: Spirit shield: The spirit in the larger body commands the smaller one to protect an ally. The smaller spirit creates a shield around an ally or yourself, probably about as strong as a Poppy shield. If the shield is not destroyed within something around 5 seconds, the target is healed for the strength of the shield. (C&B's passive only occurs after the shield wears off or is destroyed. While the shield is active, C&B cannot cast abilities, but can move and attack.) This one has a relatively long cooldown and costs a relatively high amount of mana.

E: Energy Warp: C&B teleport a SMALL distance to a target location. This can only go over very thin walls. However, it has a pretty short cooldown and low mana cost. It’s mainly used to reset C&B’s passive, but can effectively secure kills.

R: Dream Rush: If Chiadel is in the main body, he throws the small Brambel. This attack has global range, and upon hitting a champion, Brambel teleports himself and the champion hit back to Chiadel. If Brambel is in the main body, he channels for a second, then he and Chiadel quickly fly around in a 5-pointed star pattern. Any enemy they come in contact with is pulled along with them, and they do a small burst of area damage at each of the 5 points of the star, and extra damage at the last point. Also, the effects of C&B’s passive are doubled and come into effect immediately after this ability ends. This means that after using this ability as Chiadel, the champion hit will also get hit by Brambel’s switching passive, and after using this ability as Brambel, you’ll be able to escape to the back lines with your extra movement speed and health.

Play style: C&B are a passive support champ, who focus more on cc’ing opponents with their Q and healing allies with their W. Their E is used mainly for positioning, but if you use it to switch to Chiadel you’ll get some great chase potential. C&B’s Ultimate is the “Star” of the show—it has 2 uses for different situations, but both revolve around CC’ing opponents.

So, that’s basically all I have! PLEASE comment your opinions, especially if there is anything I should clarify. Thanks for reading!

Author's note: While writing this, I kept thinking of Bard. Bard and C&B are honestly pretty similar. Maybe C&B's lore could include Bard, since we basically know nothing about him?

It would be cool if the two of them had different abilities, that interact one with the other due to their passive.

Lore check; AS did not create the first stars, he wasn't the first of his kind.
