Spellblade (Runeglaive EFX on hands plus some small flames): Your next attack lands a fiery wave at an area, dealing 85% of your base damage plus a 6% of the target max life. Leaves an small sequel of flames for 3 seconds at the area, dealing minor damage equal to 1% of the target max life per second plus 15% of the user Basic AD. The AoE increases by 50 for each 100 AP, so that it is designed for a more tanky build.

Procs DFT, Procs Liandry, Procs Rylay, doesn't proc Thunderlord, Doesn't proc Ludens. The DOT starts 1 second after the impact for the main target, secondary targets can take up to 4 DoT instances.

Math (with 100 base AD against a vchamp with 2k life): 85 + 120 impact damage (can only be modified by the enemies life) = 205 Impact Damage 15 + 20 Damage Per Dot x 3 (assuming you stand on it for 3 seconds): 135 DoT Total damage: 340, without considering defenses.

Desing: an item intended for AP bruisers (which lost their main option with the changes on ) This is a mage friendly item that can be used to harrass during the lane and which serves them to fight against tanky champs. It is also a tanky option to , for toplane champs whom still want this kind of mechanic but whom don't want to go full glass cannon. It can also serve in a combo with , but sacrificing the magic pen, as they do not stack.

CONSIDER: with this item you are sacrificing raw damage that could destroy a squishy for sustained damage against tanks.

Phoenix Udyr, I know it is currently a bad start, I hope the nerfs don't set him as a free-elo champ anymore.

Laner-Supp Alis: full synergy with his passive, it allows him to deal a good damage while fighting.

A good option for Amu against Iceborn, it is great due to his natural anti-tank W and DoT.

Could allow him to be more of a bully actually due to his cc and combo.

Even if the item is not intended for him, I some how see it being useful on him, he will be able to poke and bully in combination with Liandry, Rylay and adds an option for him to avoid chalice or morello.

Due to his AoE attack (E), the fact he goes top and that he has a good CC, he can take advantage of it.

yes, I find it annoying too, but Mundo could make a good use of it.

she is know for being an antitank, and she has a good cc, it is natural and maybe core on her.

top will love this, I shall hate him.
