[Champion Concept] - Lazo, The Freedom Fighter
Edit Version 1.2
Passive : [Elemental Diffuser] - 2 Second Cooldown By clicking on the passive icon, you can cycle between Lazo's weapon types:
-Gigavolt Generator Lazo's gadgets (and basic attacks) are overcharged to deal bonus physical damage in a smaller area (scales with level)
-Thermal Coils Lazo's gadgets (and basic attacks) are superheated to deal bonus damage over time in a larger area (scales with level)
-Cryo Coolant Lazo's gadgets (and basic attacks) are ultracooled to slow enemies on impact and have a reduced cooldown (scales with level, max 2 seconds/20% attack speed)
[**Q - Betty **] - Cost 60/75/90/105/120 - Cooldown 12/11/10/9/8 Lazo buries a bomb underground at his location which gains stealth. When an enemy moves close enough, the Betty will jump dealing 80/115/150/185/220 physical damage in a 200 radius. If an enemy steps directly on top of a Betty, they are also Stunned for 1 second (does not stack). Enemies take 40% damage from other mines after the first (duration 3 seconds, refreshes when damaged). Betty applies a single stack of E.S.W.'s passive. (Betty-s have 3 life and can only be destroyed by basic attacks)
[W - E.S.W.] - Cost 60 + 1 Charge - Cooldown 2 seconds (Recharge 12 seconds) Passive: Lazo's Enemy Suppression Weapon reduces an enemy's Bonus Attack Damage by 3/4/5/6/7% (stacks three times). Only one enemy at a time can be Suppressed by Lazo. Lasts 4 seconds, basic attacks beyond the 3rd can refresh and extend the duration, up to 6 seconds
Active: Lazo places an Enemy Sensor Ward at target location. The Ward cannot grant traditional vision, but indicates enemy Champions who move within it's raduis. The Ward is visible and has 1 Life, but gains Stealth when placed inside of a bush. Lasts 1 minute, can carry two charges. (Max 2 deployed at once)
[E - Zip-Line] - Cost - 80/90/100/110/120 + 1 Charge - Cooldown 8 seconds (Recharge 14/13/12/11/10 seconds) Lazo fires a device to target location (max range 1500). It will attach to the nearest wall and Lazo will swing across the wire left behind, moving quickly to the other end. While traveling Lazo can attack, move over walls and through units, but can still be damaged and CC'd (slows or speed buffs do not affect his travel speed). (Max 2 charges)
[R - Guerrilla] - Cost 100 - Cooldown 120/100/80 (1 Second Cooldown between shots) [Projectile Speed 130] Lazo swaps out his hextech rifle for his improvised grenade launcher, increasing his basic attack range by 100. It holds 6/8/10 grenades that deal 75/110/145 physical damage in a 200/225/250 radius. The Guerrilla replaces his basic attack and Lazo will fire a grenade at the ground location of an enemy he targets for a basic attack. (does not track targets) Lazo can also reactivate the ability to target any area within his basic attack range. (does not interrupt movement) Grenades apply the current effect of Elemental Diffuser, and also applies a single stack of E.S.W.'s passive, at 200% effectiveness. (Max 1 per enemy) Lazo can also cast Guerrilla while travelling along his Zip-Line.
Lazo was born in Ionia. A tinkerer and inventor, he grew up fixing his fellows' tools (usually after taking them apart himself). When Noxus launched their chemical attack, Lazo's home was destroyed. Most of his village fled, but a group chose to stay behind the enemy lines and fight against the invaders. They stayed on the move through the forests, improvising and stealing weapons and tools from the enemy. The war ended soon after, but not before Noxus had set fire to the entire forest to eliminate the guerrillas.
Lazo alone escaped, hiding inside a Noxian transport returning to their borders. Even now he continues his fight inside Noxus, a lone rebel, sabotaging military and civilian operations alike. For Lazo, Freedom won't come until Noxus burns just like his home. From the inside.
I envisioned Lazo as a supportive fighter who excels at zone control, making certain areas treacherous for enemies to enter and being able to hit-and-run quite literally. I took inspiration from units like riot police, using Suppressing Fire to reduce an enemy's threat and crowd control weapons to stop people from grouping up
