[champion concept] Jeff, the business man

Jeff, the business man has a wide variety of kit mechanics that make his perfect for top lane role fighter/support.

PASSIVE: due date. Jeff's boss marks a target with his passive for 6 seconds. If Jeff can land one of his abilities on that target he is rewarded with a promotion (5 gold). If not Jeff is fired and send to unemployment, resulting in a death.

Q: presentation chart. Jeff quickly pulls out his presentation chart and fears/ slows all enemies in a small aoe with his terrible presentation.

W: split coffee Jeff spills his morning coffee in an aoe area selected and slight burns all enemies hit,

E: youre staying late. Jeff pulls one target by the ear and drags them in his direction so they can help him finish his work report die for the next morning.

R: I QUIT! Jeff quits his crappy job and gains a massive movement speed bonus from his excitement, while running he leaves a trail of papers flying by that paper cut anyone in the path giving minor bleeding damage.
