Swain could use a Rework.
I like swain but he just feels old and clunky tbh maybe it's just me. His ult must stay if reworked tho.

His ultimate could use a rework as well. Changing into a bird is ok, but having to slowly walk at your enemies when doing automatic damage is just plain boring. It could be so much more.
A total VU would also be nice. I can't imagine him being taken seriously with his current gown and colorful spell effects. He would be a great candidate for being the 'shadow mage'. Would also fit with the crow + Noxian leader themes.
He could use a visual update too, his model is too outdated

He's perfectly fine the way he is. Plus, do you want him to become a bot lane adc? I didn't think so.

Seriously, how many of you actually trust rito to pull off a decent Swain rework? It's a 50/50 chance, y'know; you either get Repertoir or Stashu. I'd rather Swain stay the way he is permanently than risk them fucking up one of my favorite champions.
they should embrace him as a disabler who really has the advantage over melees.
Make Q slow attack speed as well. Get rid of crows on Ult and instead turn it into a health and armor sapping aura. Make his bird monster mode empower his right-clicks and add an effect that causes Swain to also apply single target spells to people around him. Give E better visuals so it really screams "HIT ME IM WEAK" when you use it on someone.
Change Q and Ulti to be more tactfully used abilities.
I honestly love his kit (Swain main reporting).
His visuals are outdated. What about his kit is so bad to you? I think it's awesome.
I don't think he needs anything to major, would be sweet if his ult made his basic attacks stronger, visually update him so his basic attack doesn't have that absurd wind up making it hard to CS with.
Well I would say I love Swain the way he is, but since grievous wounds are gonna be everywhere soon, I guess he does need one so he's not so dependent on healing.
He's literally my go to definition of cancer and broken, although that's my opinion I do believe he's in need of a complete overhaul.
My idea? change him into a turret based mage like heimerdinger but have it so the order he uses his spells affects his turrets and positioning. HES SUPPOSED TO BE TACTICAL ANYWAYS RIGHT .
