She surfs on a surfboard, cool. But from a readability perspective it will probably have negative side effects towards gameplay for both the player and the enemy. I wouldn't mind a PP Irelia Skin, but the swaying animation from side to side is an issue towards gameplay interactivity. Whoever did it did a decent job and I applaud them.

This is already a custom skin on mapskins.com. The surfing animation is one of her taunts just looped as a moving animation

Yes, I can see that. But I was just giving criticism; nothing wrong with that. I know how customs skins work, but i was just saying if it were ever a real skin Riot probably would never implement a surfing animation with such drastic misdirection of visual output.

The only things I'd see as major problems are her W and E. They're not really readable on this skin at all. If you look at the old Brorelia skin concept (Rito plz) there's a pretty good solution to this.
