Note: I am aware that Alya has very weird mechanics.

Alya is a front-line Mage/Tank/Support that deals moderate damage in order to support and protect her allies while also protecting herself.

Roles- Support Secondary- Tank Tertiary- Mage

Melee, 150 Range 340 MS, a very high amount to help with her lack of mobility for herself. 614-1981 Health 304-994 Mana Honestly don't care about the other stats.

Passive- Enlightened Aura

Allies near Alya gain 10% bonus magic resist and 8% bonus armor. When under 60% health, allies also gain 15% Tenacity. The bonus defenses apply to Alya, but the Tenacity does not.

Q- Might of The Sabre

Alya strikes forward with her saber a short distance, slowing enemies hit. The first target is silenced for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds and is slowed by 20/25/30/35/40% for the same time. Subsequent enemies hit are only affected for half the duration but are dealt 10/20/30/40/50 (+30% AP) magic damage upon receiving and breaking free from the debuff. Allied champions hit are cleansed of all debuffs on them.

Line Dash/Hitbox- 300 Range/200 Range 13/12/11/10/9 CD 40/50/60/70/80 Management

W- Holy Wrath

Alya gains 20/30/40/50/60% attack speed for 5 seconds. During this time, her attacks do an additional 30/45/60/75/90 (+15% AP) magic damage on hit to the target, while simultaneously granting allies 50% of the effects. If an ally receives lethal damage while under the effects, Alya attempts to avenge them and gains double the bonus at the cost of 50% extra mana.

Radius, Effects Allies - 900 Range 9/9/9/9/9 CD 30/50/70/90/110 Mana

E- Bathe in Victory

PASSIVE: Alya gains 10% damage reduction and 5/6/7/8/9% bonus ability power when under 70% health. When under 40% health, she gains 5% more reduction and 1/2/3/4/5% more ability power. When under 20% health, Alya sacrifices her AP bonus to gain a total of 25% damage reduction. ACTIVE: Alya turns her saber into an aegis, gaining 20/30/40/50/60 (+40% of bonus MR) magic resist and 15/25/35/45/55 (+35% of bonus armor) armor for 8 seconds. During this time, allies near her are granted 20% movement speed while moving behind her, while allies moving in other directions are granted 5%. However, Alyas basic attack damage is reduced by 40% during this time in order to help her aegis persist. Bonus magic damage on-hit from Holy Wrath is not effected by this reduction.

Radius (of MS)- 900 Range 15/14/13/12/11 CD 70/80/90/100/110 Mana

R- Force of Justice

Alya begins channeling an immense light for 1.5 seconds, slowing her by 20%. When the light erupts, she dashes to her target (selected before channeling) no matter the distance (if the target dies, she dashes to the corpses location) and deals 250/350/450 (+40% MR), (+40% armor), (+75% AP) magic damage to the target. If she is under effects of Bathe in Victory when dashing, she deals 20% true damage to the target and 40% true damage in an area around the enemy. If under effects of Holy Wrath while dashing, she also heals for 100/150/200 (+50% AP) health upon arrival. Her target is slowed by 30% for 2 seconds afterward, unable to basic attack (blinded).

Targeted Enemy- 600 Range 100/85/70 CD 140/110/80 Mana

This champion is pretty cool however theres some problems.

For example this champion sounds like Leona alot. She seems to be very damage and buff oriented for a support.

There is so much hidden power hear its not even funny. Riot hates hidden power and this champ has so much of it.

This champion isnt too unique. You didnt give a picture and they sound like a normal old paladin/priestess warrior.

Also her movement speed should be toned down. Champions who lack mobility deserve that lacking. Without that weakness what weakness do they have?

This somewhat sounds like something that I would create, which is not good. This seems very similar to Leona, and it sounds like the Assassin Tank Support Mage champion I suggested a long time ago.
