I was wondering if Riot could implement in custom game mode settings a mode where you have 100% CDR, unlimited mana/energy, and you start the game at level 18.
The reason I suggest this should be implemented is to test out champions at their full potential and try ability combos.

Though DotA has something similar, with the custom game cheat codes, there is probably a reason Rito has nixed it. Kudos for bringing it back up again though.
