Can we get another Mermaid based champion?
We have like a crap ton of bird related champs at this game but only 1 mermaid.
Can we get maybe an adc Mermaid or a heavy Mer-Mage?

This is hypocritical. You are asking for Riot to make more Mermaids which will, in turn, overpopulate the champion poll with Mermaid champions
It'd have to be something drastically different in tone and theme from nami who already has the mermaid niche filled, kinda like how ivern and maokai are both treefolk but completely different characters

Yeah but make it adc or something else that is not support. Would be awesome.
Kind of seems pointless to have another mer-mage. Each of those birds has it's own story and unique idea. I mean we have WW and Nasus, but neither are dog's for the sake of being dogs. Neither have the same play style. Neither have similar backgrounds.
A water based battlemage would be interesting.
