Does Nocturne Have A New Skin In The Works? @Riot KateyKhaos

Everyday I check to see if Nocturne will be getting a new skin on the PBE yet I'm left disappointed. It has been 3 years since Nocturne got a skin (Dec. 5th, 2012). Currently if you look at champs who haven't gotten skins, excluding recently reworked champs w/ VU or soon to be(Sion Poppy Taric Yorick), then Nocturne is at the top of the list including Cassiopeia Swain Urgot Kennen. All of these champs are long overdue for a skin, it's been 3-4 years for each of them. I'm just hoping one day soon when I check the PBE I will see a new skin for Nocturne :D Is there any info on the matter that you can provide?

Just buy frozen terror or eternum.

I personally like frozen a bit more than eternum, but own eternum and not frozen cause it's expensive duh. (I need a way to prove to people that my noct mid is legit).

Actually, you can exclude Urgot too since he's also slated for a a rework. Equally disappointed by how little love Nocturne has recieved in the way of aesthetic stuff. No chromas, no skins :(
