A little Champion Index

Simply put I want to create a small index thread for created champion concepts by the community. Mainly concepts gets passed up or not even bothered with upon being posted on the board. So this is here to give light to those champions. Giving a little more traffic to ones who wish for it isn't such a bad thing am I right? I am sure that their are better index's out there but why not get another up and rolling. Not only that but I would like to even give my own thoughts on champion concepts as well to give a little constructive criticism. Keep in mind I am no expert but still I or anyone else could still share some insight. Anyways feel free to post links to your champions below and I will add them to the lists below. To get started, I am going to add a couple of my own concepts to the list.
