The new summoner icons are a slight improvement, but...

Those tiny icons in the launcher that show replays are still really bad.

There are tiny white specks all over those faces because the icons are being shrunk to like 10% their normal size. You really need to just do a pass on those tiny icons to tweak them up a little bit, because it looks terrible.
