Karthus : Shopkeeper? I think my item 3070 is faulty... it's not replenishing my mana, it's just making my spells cost less mana... Shopkeeper: You didn't read the patch notes, did you? Karthus : what do you mean? Shopkeeper: Riot changed it so it refunds 15% of your mana spent instead of giving you regen. Karthus : WTF?! WHAT THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO DO IF I RUN OUT?! Shopkeeper: buy more mana .__. Karthus : ... I bet Velkoz isn't having to deal with this crap... meanwhile at the other Shop Velkoz : ... sooo... to use item 3010 , I have to take damage... for mana... then use a spell, USING said mana I just restored... so I can heal the damage?
