Fun Fact that may or may not be true because you can't really 100% guarantee everything you hear about history is entirely accurate:

Napoleon wasn't actually short. He was kind of average height. The misconception originated from the British trying to belittle him.

since her VGU release, unless they changed it. i remember a flood of posts on the boards complaining about how it didn't make sense, and Riot said that it was an intended functionality regardless of the sense it makes. since Poppy's ult is a projectile, which Wind Wall blocks. (note that i'm talking about the projectile she throws when she charges it up, not the people she's already hit with it)

I'm not sure.

I've seen it go through a windwall and knock away Yasuo. Additionally, some skillshots such as Xerath Q travel through the windwall. While it possible they might have patched it since then, it certainly could do so at one point.

Xerath Q doesn't travel because it isn't a projectile. Poppy's ult should definitely be blocked because it is a projectile.

It depends on whether you hit it point blank or not, if it's point blank then it's not considered a projectile, if not then the underground shockwave is considered a projectile and thus blocked.

After thinking about it I am pretty sure it was just a case of the fact that Poppy ult ends in a ground targeted AOE, so it reached the end just before it hit windwall then the AOE knockup hit Yasuo who was right on the other side of the windwall because the AOE reached further than the distance to the windwall.

If the hammer reached the end of it's range it hits in a ground targeted aoe (which could hit someone betond windwall)

It is just a matter of very exact distances.

i think that might have been a bug/glitch. the intended interaction between the Poppy ult and Wind Wall after she charges and throws it is that it gets blocked by Wind Wall, since it's a projectile. i do not doubt it glitching out sometimes and going through the wall however, since i believe if you instant cast it, it does not get blocked :)
