Proposition: You should add a "Jarvan is helping" buff.

They could just change his attack speed aura buff title to "Jarvan is helping"

Don't you mean allies caught in Jarvan's ultimate gain +1 movement speed? mobility meta man

While we are at it, why don't we fix it so that spam click-move on his wall doesn't let you walk through it. :)

Saw a Malzahar do this the other day (twice) and I was so shocked I forgot about the teamfight going on for a moment.

Would be a weird thing to make an actual part of Jarvan's kit, but as a hidden passive I'd be down. Either that, or give the name to his E buff.
