When Are We Going To Get More Twitch Skins?

So Twitch has 3 available skins right now, out of his 8 skins total. I know he's getting a splash update soon but seriously all of his skins are weak. There's no change in particle effects or even the coloring of his kit. The only change is the Machine Gun sounds with Gangster Twitch.

I'd like to see a 1350+ RP quality skin that actually changed the icon of his poison and some change to his auto. If we got the splash updates, 'Spray and Pray', and a new skin (preferably Omega Squad Twitch) all in one patch I think I'd just [slayer-pantheon-rainbows]
