League lacks an actual Vampire Champion, with Vladimir and Evelynn being "close, but not quite there". Vladimir never bites people to suck out their blood (and doesn't drink it, AFAIK), and not even Riot knows what the hell Eve is supposed to be.

The thing about Vlad however, is that he's a Vampire in everything but Title. From his name, to his skins, to his kit, to his appearance, all fit the mold for "Vampire Champ". I would look for a solid reason about how Vladimir fails to fill that niche based on something not rooted in a nitpick.
