Shin, the Invisible Blade (I derived Shin from the Japanese translation of assassin, asashin)

Lore: Shin since childhood, was a childhood prodigy and a master of stealth. Shin was the son of two well respected ninjas who were part of the assailant branch of the Kinkou. During an assassination mission gone wrong, both his parent were wounded beyond help, and there dying word to Shin was "the shadow is relentless, kill it only with the unseen!" Shin did not know if this was a word of warning, or a word of encouragement, all Shin knew now was that his parents were dead and the murder must be sought and killed to restore balance, but it was clearly his anger speaking. As Shin grew to the age when a ninja was allowed to fight on the field, he was already a master of stealth. He was assigned to the the assassination branch like his parents. The assassination branch was far different from the others. Ninjas of this branch do not fight on the front lines; their job was to hit the back lines. By assassinating political figures and rulers who have gained too much power, they sought to restore balance. It was after he became a renowned assailant in the Kinkou, did he finally earn the trusts of the elders. They had told him that his parents were killed by Zed, and finally his parents final words made sense. Shin begged the elders to let him avenge his parents to restore balance, and he was granted his wish, joining Shen, Akali, and Kennen on the battlefield.

Playstyle: AD Assassin, melee

Look: He would look like Ryu from Ninja Gaiden, except with slightly more body armor, and have red sash.

Passive: "Leave No Trace" After killing an enemy champion, Shin becomes invisible for 1 -> 2 seconds.

Q: "Silent Takeout" Passive: If Shin lands 3 consecutive attacks on an enemy target they become silenced and blinded for .5/1/1.5/2/2.5 seconds. *This ability cannot be stacked and can only be placed on the same target every 10 seconds.

W: "Vital Strike" Cost: 70/70/70/70/70 energy Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds Activate and Shin's next basic attack will ignore armor, and placed a wounded buff on the enemy for 4 seconds. Wounded enemies take 10% additional damage from physical attacks.

E: "Food Pill" Cost: 70/65/60/55/50 energy Cooldown: 5/5/5/5/5 seconds At each rank of this ability, this ability is able to retain an additional stack of (Food Pill). Every time Shin visits the shop, he gains maximum stacks of food pill depending on this abilities rank. Shin consumes one stack of (Food Pill) and gains 10%/20%/30%/40%/50% attack speed for 3 seconds and slowly regenerates 150/175/200/225/250 health (+10% maximum health) over a duration of 10 seconds.

R: "Assassinate" Cost: 1st cast 0/0/0 energy, next casts 50/50/50 energy Cooldown: 120/90/60 seconds After activating this ability, shin gains 20% movement speed that decays over 3 seconds and becomes invisible for 2 seconds. SHin may recast this ability to dealt 150/200/250 physical damage (+ 75% AD), and if this ability kills a champion, it becomes active for 5 seconds before going on cooldown. *Killing a champion restores 10 energy and grants/resets 20$ movement speed for 3 seconds.

Summary: Shin's kit to me was built around him being an incredibly stealth assassin, who can dish punishment and steal retain that stealth aspect of a ninja. Overall this just meant I watch one too many ninja animes and movies. Thank you for checking out my champion concepts, and feel free to leave comments or art.

The duration of the blind/silence is quite long for the potency of the debuff. He's basically polymorphing the enemy, and at no mana cost. Regarding lulu, one would argue that her duration is also long (highest rank duration is 2.25), but remember that her kit focuses on utility, not on dealing massive damage. (which is why her damage was nerfed)

Also, he is a melee assassin, as you stated above, not a champion that thrives off teamwork, so his W should only apply to his physical attacks, not everyone's, and it should also do some flat addition damage that scales off his AD.

E: he is a squishy assassin, not a bulky tank. The amount of sustain he is receiving, especially scaling off maximum health, is unrealistic. not to mention is has no mana cost and the cooldown is ridiculously low so he can literally stay in for significantly longer than his lane opponent without buying any health pots.

R: the R is extremely vague, and does not say if it is an area of effect or targeted ability.
